TROUBLESHOOTING AND SERVICE
PROBLEM
The fan does not operate and the cabinet not heating:-
Check that the cabinet is connected to the power supply and that the fuses are intact.
In the event of further problems please contact your dealer.
WARNING
Isolate the electrical supply and remove the plug and power cord before withdrawing the service
control unit.
If the power cable is damaged in any
way, it must be replaced.
Replacements are available from your
main supplier or dealer.
NOTE: Replacement power cords
should only be fitted by a qualified
electrician
.
NOTE: Should the plug need to be re-
placed for any reason, the wires in the
mains lead are coloured in accordance
with the following code:
Green and Yellow: Earth
Blue: Neutral
Brown: Live
The wire coloured green and yellow must
be connected to the terminal marked with
the letter ‘E’ or by the earth symbol =,or
coloured green and yellow. The wire
coloured blue must be connected to the
terminal ’N’ or coloured black. The wire
coloured brown must be connected to the
terminal marked ‘L’ or coloured red. If the
fuse incorporated in the plug needs to
changed then it should be replaced with a
fuse approved by ASTA to BS1362, rated
at 10 amp.
