RADIO
OPERATIONS
Timing of AF search is dependant on the strength of the signal. When AF
transfer is not complete after the specified time,
PI seek is activated; furthermore, if RDS data is not received during transfer of
RDS program
to memory, PI seek is activated after 1 cycle of AF search.
REG : Regional Program Operation
Press AF button (20) for several seconds to switch on or off region mode. Some
broadcasting stations change their program from normal broadcasting to regional
broadcasting for a certain time period.
When region is on, the current listening
program remains unchanged.
When region is off, it allows the reception moves
to the regional station.
