5. Maintenance Adjustments and Calibration
5.1 Zero Adjustment
Using PDR1000 for a long time, it occurs Zero point change because of yearly variation for pressure
sensor and PCB components or other environmental condition.
If user wants to set Zero, use Calibration Zero function on CAL Function.
5.2 Pressure Calibration
PDR1000 is reference pressure measuring gauge.
It needs calibration by authorized organization every year if user wants to maintain PDR1000
guaranteed accuracy.
Change the slope value with calibration function to changed pressure correction for PDR1000.
5.3 Analog Output Calibration
D-SUB terminal on back side of PDR1000 has various analog output for 0 ~ Full Scale pressure
value. If output became incorrect because of long time use, calibration output via RS232
communication program is possible.
