Assembly of the Blades
Blades Alignment
- 8 -
The clipper was carefully examined to ensure that the blades were oiled and
aligned well before leaving the factory.
Blades must be realigned if they have been removed for cleaning or replace-
ment.
To realign the blades, simply match the upper and bottom blades’ teeth up
point to point. (The distance between the end of the top blade teeth and the
bottom blade teeth should be approximately 0.5-1.0mm. When realigning the
blades, please refer to the above figures.)
Loosen the blade screws and adjust the blades as shown in the above right
figure.
The top blade teeth should stretch forward about 0.45-0.8mm than the bottom
blade teeth, which can ensure the ideal hair cutting length.
The leftmost tooth of the top blade must cover the leftmost tooth of the
bottom blade. The rightmost tooth of the top blade should cover the right-
most tooth of the bottom blade. In this way, it can ensure the sharpness and
smooth cutting performance of the clipper.
