Jumper JP1: Clear CMOS Memory
Use this jumper to clear the contents of the CMOS memory. You
may need to clear the CMOS memory if the settings in the Setup
Utility are incorrect and prevent your mainboard from operating.
To clear the CMOS memory, disconnect all the power cables from
the mainboard and then move the jumper cap into the CLEAR
setting for a few seconds.

Jumper JP3: Modem & Audio System Enable/disable
This jumper consists of two sets of 3-pin jumpers (pins 1,3,5 and
pins 2,4,6). Use pins 2,4,6 to enable or disable the onboard sound
system. Use pins 1,3,5 to enable or disable the onboard Modem.

Note:
If you use pins 2,4,6 to disable the onboard sound
system, the Fax/Modem is also disabled, even if you have set
pins 1,3,5 the Enable Fax/Modem setting.
