USING YOUR MIX & STORE DIGITAL HAND MIXER
1.
After inserting the required dough hooks or beaters, plug the cord into a 120V 60Hz
AC-only outlet.
2. Press the switch. The blue LCD digital display will illuminate and flash.

To operate your hand mixer, simply press the speed selector up or down until the
desired speed is reached. Your hand mixer will begin to count the minutes and seconds
your hand mixer is being used, and will display the current speed level.
NOTE:
The maximum time for use at one time is 10
minutes. The display will only count time to 10 minutes.
Most mixing tasks will not take longer than 5 minutes.
After 10 minutes of constant use, let the mixer rest for 30
minutes.
4. During operation, it is possible to alter the speed of the
mixer by selecting a new speed setting. Your mixer has
16 speed levels (1–16).
Should you feel the mixer slowing or straining during
tough mixing jobs, simply increase the mixing speed for
a few seconds to give it a burst of power.

To stop your mixer, press the switch. Alternatively,
you may simply move the speed selector arrow down
until the speed displayed is 0 (zero). This will stop the
beater’s rotation.
NOTE:
To avoid excessive spattering and flour dusting, lower the beaters or dough
hooks fully into the ingredients that are to be processed before turning the mixer on.
Turn the mixer off by pressing the before removing the beaters or dough hooks from the
ingredients. We also recommend starting at a very low setting when mixing dry ingredients.
WARNING:
To prolong the life of your mixer, avoid
getting flour into the air vents.
