VI. FAQ
How do I update my software?
You may perform an over-the-air update by following
these steps:
1. Make sure your Playtime Pad is fully charged and
connected to Wi-Fi®.
2. Exit Kid Mode.
3. In Parent Mode, tap on the Software Update app
(a dot will appear on the app icon, indicating
an available update) and follow
the on-screen
prompts.
4. The OTA downloading interface will appear. Do not
interrupt the download.
5. Once the OTA update has downloaded, it will run
automatically.
6. Your device will enter the system as usual once
the installation is complete.
