This product, manufactured by Premium Balloon Accessories

(PBA), is warranted against
defects in material and workmanship for one year following the date of purchase if operated
in accordance with PBA’s printed recommendations and instructions. This warranty does
not cover any defects or damages caused by service or repair performed by unauthorized
personnel.
PBA SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER
REASON.
