4 • SN-DTA initial configuration
Access the Web Browser (GUI) Interface
The SN-DTA provides a web-browser-based graphical user interface (GUI) that makes it easy to configure,
monitor and manage your SN-DTA. To access the web-browser interface, do the following:
1.
In the SmartNode Discovery Tool window, select the line that displays the IP address of your SN-DTA.

Right-click the selected line, and select
Webbrowser
. The Login window will display.

Enter the username
administrator
. Do not enter a password. Instead simply click OK. Your web browser
will display the SN-DTA home page (see
figure 6
).

The SN-DTA home page displays three action buttons that allow you to store the current configuration state,
reload the device, and restore to factory defaults. The home page also displays certain basic system information.
You can always return to the home page by clicking Home in the navigation bar.
