Residual risks
Even if you are operating this product in
accordance with all the safety require-
ments, potential risks of injury and dam-
age remain. The following dangers can
arise in connection with the structure and
design of this product:

Contact with ejected teeth of the saw blade
and bursting saw blade (cuts).
•
Kickback and ejection of parts of the work-
piece (hits).
•
Hearing loss, if you do not wear a suitable
ear protection during work.
•
Contact to cutting teeth during work or dur-
ing maintenance (cuts)
•
Contact to electric current due to defec-
tive supply cable or defective motor casing
(electrocution)
•
Hazardous emissions of timber dust
If you do not follow the instructions given in
this manual, further residual risks may arise
due to improper use.
Dust collection system
Use of dust collection can reduce dust-related
hazards.
To prevent personal injuries, make sure to
connect a suitable vacuum cleaner to the dust
extraction port

by means of the dust collect-
ing system adaptor.
