IX - GUARANTEE
Dear Customer, Dear Customer, our
products undergo strict quality
controls. In the case of malfunction,
which point to material or
workmanship, please contact your
Hornbach-Baumarkt.
For any warranty claims:
1. These conditions cover additional
guarantee and are free for you. The
statutory warranty claims remain
unaffected.
2. The warranty is limited to material
or manufacturing defects and their
repair or replacement of the device.
Since our devices are not designed
for use in commercial, trade or
industrial applications, is the
guarantee contract is not concluded,
if it is used in these or other
equivalent activities. It also excludes
compensation for damage, damage
by not following the installation or
use instructions (e.g connecting to
the wrong voltage or current),
improper installation, misuse or
improper use (such as overloading
of the equipment or use of
unauthorized tools or accessories) ,
neglect of maintenance and safety
regulations, penetration of foreign
objects into the device (such as
sand, stones or dust), use of force or
external influences (such as damage
from being dropped) and with use of
modern, normal wear (such as
batteries, knives, etc.). The warranty
is void if the device is made to
tamper.
3. The guarantee period is 3 years
from the date of purchase of the
equipment. Warranty claims must
be made within the warranty period
and within two weeks of the
perception of the defect. A later
claim is excluded. By the repair or
replacement of the device, the
guarantee period is extended or a
new warranty for the equipment or
any replacement parts in motion.
4. To guarantee payment of
damages, please contact your
Hornbach-Baumarkt and present
the original sales receipt or other
dated proof of purchase. Keep the
receipt so well! Describe the
problem in as accurately as
possible. If the defect is covered by
our warranty service, you will
immediately receive a repaired or
new equipment.
