In an emergency system with
PAW4500-VES
control units, it is possible to connect up to four remote emergency units:
click on ‘
Change
’ to set the unit type:
1 key unit = single zone unit
12 key unit = 12-zone unit
Then press ‘
Edit Key
’ to con
fi
gure each key (see
Emergency units
on page 37).
Note: The item ‘Set unit with touch screen’ is a provision for future use.
On the ‘

] keys to set the
following:
Rack address
: ID address of the
PAW
(from 0 to 5).
System racks
: number of
PAW
s present in the system (6 at most).
Spare ampli

ers
: standby ampli

er (add or remove).
The item ‘Rack ampli

ers’ automatically shows the number of ampli
fi
ers present in
the system.
