defeat the safety purpose of the polar-

ized or grounding type plug. A polarized plug has two
blades with one wider than the other. A grounding type
plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The
wide blade and or the third prong is provided for your
safety. When the provided plug does not fit into your
outlet, consult an electrician for replacement of the
obsolete outlet.

If a cart is used, use caution when moving the

cart/apparatus combination to avoid injury from tip-

1) Loosen Adjustable Height
Locking Knob, on the rear panel
of the lectern,  by turning it 1 turn
counterclockwise.

2) Grasp the Desktop and lift the
Reading Table to desired height.

3) Turn Locking Knob clockwise
until is locked in place.

Do not over tighten.
