Analog Data
Dual-register representation of the data packet analog value.
Can be integer or float depending on mode selected. The
integer value represents the total averaged Flow, total
Volume and total Duration for the data processed thus far in
the recipe. The integer scale factor for Flow is the same as
that described for registers 30222 – 30223. The integer scale
factor for Volume is the same as that described for registers
30224 – 30225. The integer scale factor for Interval is 1000.
