5. Hold the rear of the top cowling and tilt the engine
up, and turn the tilt support lever
to the lock position..

1. Release the tilt lock lever.
2. Hold the rear of the top cowling and tilt the engine
up, and return the tilt support lever
3. Slowly tilt the outboard motor down.
4. Place the tilt lock lever up.
