4. Turn the main switch to “ON”(on).

After the engine starts, slowly return the manual starter handle to its original position before releasing it.
Immediately after the engine starts, release the main switch and allow it to return to “ON”(on).
5. Open the throttle slightly without
shifting using the neutral throttle lever or
free accelerator. You may need to change
the throttle opening slightly depending on
engine temperature. After the engine
starts, return the throttle to the original
position.
