ELEVATOR RUBBER / ALU RAKE PROFILE
REPLACEMENT OF RUBBER/RAKE PROFILE
If the elevator wants to be able to transport all gravel and debris to the conveyor, it is
necessary that the rubber and the rake profile in elevator are not broken. There is a total of
20 pcs.
- Unscrew all bolt ( A ) and remove the complete Profile
- Unscrew all bolts ( B )
- Remove the strip ( C ) and the rubber ( D ) from the alu rake
- Replace with new rubber ( D )
- Tighten all nuts ( B ) replace the complete profile
- Replace the aluminium rake if its broken
When changing rubber, also check for cables and ropes on the upper and lower
elevator shaft. If something is stuck there remove it.
