Gas Solenoid Valve and Pressure Transducer
The pressure transducer monitors the gas pressure
in the pipe work. If the pressure is found to be low
the system highlights that there could be a gas leak
and the electrical power supply is disconnected
from the gas solenoid valve, causing it to close and
cut off the gas supply.
To reactivate the system a manual reset is required
on the Interlock controller. This will instigate a
further pressure check, and if all is found to be
satisfactory, restore electrical power to the gas
solenoid, which will open the valve.
