SAFETY THERMOSTAT 
 

1)

 

Drain fryer 

2)

 

Remove spade connections on thermostat 

3)

 

Remove the two screws securing thermostat to bracket 

4)

 

Undo the gland nut on the tank and withdraw thermostat phial from bracket, through 
the wall of the tank. 

5)

 

Fit new thermostat in reverse order.
