3. Select a shared folder.
> The shared folder appears in the
Player
menu.
Note: If your computer is connected to a domain, or if you use password-protected sharing, click Configuration and enter the
necessary information (domain, user, password). If an option is not required, leave the field empty.
Accessing available servers
If you connect an iPod to your speaker, the iPod appears in the list of available servers. When you select the iPod, the
folders present on your iPod are displayed.
If a UPnP server is selected on the
UPnP
tab, it appears in the list of available servers.
If a shared folder is selected on the
Samba
tab, it appears in the list of available servers.
Note: The time it takes for your shared folder to appear in the list of available servers depends on the number of files in the shared
folder and on the quality of the Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection. You can listen to tracks as they are imported into the shared folder.
