Using your Ceramic Hob
To start cooking
1.
Turn on power supply to the hob.
2.
Place a suitable pan on the cooking zone you wish to use.
•
Make sure the bo
tt
om of the pan and the surface
of the cooking zone are clean and dry.
3.
Turn the associated knob clockwise to turn on the cooking zone.
When you have

nished cooking
1.
Turn the associated knob to the “0” (OFF) posi
ti
on.
Note: the cooking zone will remain hot for a li
ttl
e while a
ft
er it has been turned o
ff
.
A residual heat indicator will light up un
ti
l the cooking zone temperature has dropped to
a safe level.
Note: the cooking zone will remain w
arm aft
er the residual heat indicator is no longer
illuminated. Please take care.
