Select direction of rotation
WARNING!

The rotation direction switch may only
be used/adjusted if the appliance is at a
standstill .

Select the direction of rotation by pressing the
rotation direction switch towards the left or
right .
Preselecting the rotation speed
You can use the rotational speed preselector
adjusting wheel to preselect the rotational
speed . The speed you select depends on the
material to be processed . Work out the right
setting by carrying out a practice test .:
NOTE

The appliance only reaches the set rotational
speed during continuous operation .
Switching on and off
Switching the appliance on:

Press the ON/OFF switch .
Switching the appliance off:
♦
Release the ON/OFF switch .
Switching to continuous operation:
♦
Press the ON/OFF switch . Lock it in the
pressed position with the ON/OFF switch lock
button .
Switching off continuous operation:
♦
Press the ON/OFF switch and release it
again .
Maintenance and cleaning

Switch the appliance off and re-
move the power plug before start-
ing any work on the appliance.

Never permit liquids to penetrate inside the
appliance .

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the housing .
Never use petrol, solvents or cleansers which
can damage plastic .

Always clean the appliance after completion
of work .

Store the appliance in a dry place .
