Switching on and off

Before switching on: Connect the power cord
with power plug 10 to the socket .

After switching off: Disconnect the power
cord with power plug 10 from the socket .

Before switching on the product: Ensure
the saw blade is not in contact with the
workpiece .

Ensure your stance is stable . Always hold
the product’s front 14 and rear handle 9
firmly with both hands while working

Keep your hands away from the saw
blade when the product is in operation .
During operation, you can choose between
instantaneous and continuous operation .
Instantaneous operation
(Fig . F)
Switching on: Press and hold the on/off
switch 12 .
Switching off:
Release the on/off switch 12 .
Continuous operation (Fig . F)
Start: Press and hold the on/off
switch 12 . Simultaneously,
push in the switch lock 11 .
Release the on/off switch .
End: Press and then release the on/
off switch 12 . The product
goes off .

Selecting the stroke rate

Use the adjusting wheel (stroke rate) 13 to
select the desired stroke rate (Fig . F):

The stroke rate can also be changed during
operation .

LED work light
This product is equipped with a LED work light 2
to illuminate the immediate working area to
improve visibility in poorly illuminated areas .

The LED work light 2 lights up automatically
as long as the product is switched on .

Trial run
NOTE
u
Always carry out a no-load trial run
before starting work and after every saw
blade replacement . Switch the product off
immediately if the saw blade is not running
smoothly, if considerable vibration occurs
or if you hear abnormal noises .
