CAUTION!
►
Ensure that the compressed air hose is firmly attached. A loose
hose can thrash about uncontrollably causing grave danger.
Likewise, ensure the firm seat of the two screw connections
between the coupling piece and the appliance.
♦
The compressed air source must be equipped with a pressure re-
ducer so that you can regulate the air pressure.
Operation
Changing/inserting the tool/collet chuck
CAUTION!
►
The shaft diameter of the tool must exactly match the clamp
bore of the collet chuck / (Ø 6.35 mm / 3.2mm)!

Hold the spindle using the assembly tool .
♦
Unscrew the collet chuck nut from the thread using the assem-
bly tool .
♦
Insert the tool into the collet chuck / .
♦
Hold the spindle using the assembly tool .
♦
Tighten the collet chuck nut using the assembly tool .
■
Ensure the accessory tool is firmly attached.
CAUTION!
►
If no tool is inserted into the collet chuck / , do not
tighten the collet chuck nut
with the assembly tool , screw
it on by hand only!
