6. Loosen the locking nut if necessary.
7. Turn the support screw until the sup-
port screw touches the underside of
the saw table.
8. Tilt the saw table
9. Hold the support screw with an Allen
key. Tighten the locking nut to fi x the
support screw.
Changing the
band saw blade
Notes
•
If you have diffi culty mounting the band
saw blade, contact a qualifi ed specialist.
• Only use band saw blades recommend-
ed by the manufacturer.
• Appropriate blades can be found in
“Spare Parts and Accessories”.
Opening the machine
• Remove one screw of the reinforcer and
loosen the second screw.
• Turn the reinforcer so that the slot in the
saw table is free.
• Open both housing doors (2).
• Lower the saw blade guard (5) all the
way down.
• Open the cover of the band saw blade
on the saw blade guard.
• To do this, reach into the gap on the left.
• Put on the safety gloves.
Removing the band saw blade
1. Release the tension of the band saw
blade.
2. Remove the band saw blade.

You can mount a different band saw
blade.
Mounting the band saw blade
1. Lower the running wheel with the
clamping screw (
↺
viewed from
above).
2. Place the band saw blade around the
drive wheel and running wheel.
Make sure that the band saw blade
is correctly positioned in the channel
next to the ON/OFF switch.
3. Close the cover of the band saw
blade on the saw blade guard.

You can hear the cover click into
place.
4. You can now remove your protective
gloves.

• Close both housing doors.
• Mount the reinforcer.
Storage
NOTE!
Risk of damage! Release the ten-
sion of the band saw blade before stor-
age.
Always store the machine and accessories:
• clean
• dry
• protected against dust
• out of the reach of children
