Switching on and off
Switching the appliance on:

Press the ON/OFF switch .
Switching the device off:

Release the ON/OFF switch .
Switching to continuous operation:
♦
Press the ON/OFF switch . Lock it in the
pressed position with the ON/OFF switch lock
button .
Switching off continuous operation:
♦
Press the ON/OFF switch and release it
again .
Adjusting the rotational speed
The ON/OFF switch has a variable speed
control . Pressing the ON/OFF switch lightly
yields a low speed . Increasing pressure increases
the speed .
Changing the direction of rotation
♦
Change the direction of rotation by pressing
the rotation direction switch towards the left
or right .
Maintenance and cleaning
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY! Switch
the appliance off and remove the
power plug before starting any work
on the appliance.

Never permit liquids to penetrate inside the
appliance .

Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the housing .
■
Clean the tool holder regularly:
CAUTION! PRELOADING!

To do this, pull the locking collar backwards
and pull the dust protector cap with the help
of a screwdriver off the tool holder .

If the connecting cable needs to be replaced,
this must be carried out by the manufacturer
or an authorised representative in order to
avoid safety hazards .

Replacement parts not listed (such as carbon
brushes, switches) can be ordered via our

Disposal

posed of at your local recycling plant .
Do not dispose of power tools in
your normal domestic waste!

worn-out power tools be collected separately and
recycled in an environmentally compatible manner .

appliance .
