Push the hose all the way into the cou-
pling. Place the hose next to the fitting
shell and mark the length of the shell
onto the hose – (lubricate hose end if
necessary) push hose into the fitting
until the mark on the hose is even with
the end of the shell.
Länge der Fassung am Schlauchende
markieren (mit Ölkreide o.ä.). Arma-
tur bis zu dieser Markierung auf das
Schlauchende schieben. Wenn notwen-
dig, Schlauchenden innen mit Monta-
geöl schmieren (z.B.: Hoze Oil).
Emmancher l‘embout à fond sur le
tuyau. Placer le tuyau près de la jupe
de l‘embout et marquer une longueur
égale à celle de la partie cylindrique de
la jupe sur le tuyau – (lubrifier l‘extrémi-
té du tuyau si necéssaire) emmancher
l‘embout sur le tuyau jusqu‘à atteindre
la marque faite précédemment.
Pull pin and drop hinged

Blockierstift abziehen, Pressbackensatz
in die eingefettete Werkzeugaufnah-
me einsetzen und auf gleichmäßige
Verteilung der Einzelsegmente achten.
Pressbacken sind farbig gekennzeich-
net (s. Tabelle).
Die Öffnung der verketteten Backensät-
ze nach vorne einlegen.
Retirer la goupille et mettre le jeu de

Schlauch von unten einführen und
zwischen die Pressbacken und Armatur
auf den Backenanschlag (Stop) aufset-
zen.
Introduire l‘embout dans les mors par
le bas. Relâcher l‘embout sur la butée
de position.
Place die ring on top of the dies.
Backenring entsprechend des
Schlauchtypes auf Pressbackensatz
aufsetzen
Placer l‘anneau de réglage sur le jeu
de mors
Position cylinder and replace pin.
Pump until die ring contacts base plate.
Mittels Blockierstift Pressstempel aus-
richten. Rücklaufventil an der Pumpe
schließen, Handpumpe betätigen bis
Backenring auf Grundplatte aufsitzt.
Remettre le vérin en position et repla-
cer la goupille. Pomper jusqu‘à ce que
l‘anneau de réglage vienne au contact
de la plaque de base.
Release pressure
– remove finished assembly.
Rücklaufventil mittels Flügelschraube
am Pumpenausgang druckentlasten.
Fertig gepressten Schlauchanschluß
nach unten herausziehen.
Relâcher la pression
– dégager l‘embout serti
