Maintenance Schedule
The maintenance chart below indicates the components that should be checked while per-
forming routine maintenance on the dryer. The chart also indicates how often a specific check
should be performed.

Maintenance Procedures
Before performing any maintenance on the machine ensure that air pressure is
vented from the system. Also make sure that personnel performing the mainte-
nance have read the maintenance section of the manual.
Refer to lock-out/tag-out procedures.
Upon completion of the maintenance tasks be sure that the machine has been
properly reassembled prior to restarting and reintroducing air.
