Make sure dowels and panels are tight before
screwing surface and PVC panels in place. Surface
holes are already pre-drilled. Use 20 – 1” screws for
attaching surface and PVC panels Diagram 1b.
Attach legs using 4 – ¼” x 2-3/4” lag bolts (per leg).
Line up legs with the mounting holes. Tighten using
allen wrench provided Diagram 2a.
Attach both goals and ball return boxes lining them
up with the pilot holes. Use ¾” screws, and connect
goals and ball return with black hose Diagram 2b.
Using two people, carefully lift and stand the table
upright. Do not exert excessive side pressure on the
legs while rotating the table.
Player Rod Installation
Attach handles to player rods.
Line up hole on player rod end
with hole on handle. Attach with the ¾” flat head.
Once handles are attached to the player rods, insert player rods ac
-
cording to the Diagram 3 below. Start with one color first and work your
way from the goalie to the last player rod. Do not slide the player rod
through both sides at this time.
Goalie Bar Assembly
In the following order, place hardware on the goalie player rod: Bushing, washer, stopper, player, stopper,
washer, bushing see Diagram 3b.
Insert player rod to opposite side panel and slip on the protective end cap.
Line up the stopper and player; hold and attach appropriate bolts and nuts.
Note: Only the goalie player rod uses stoppers.
Player Bar Assembly
In the following order, place hardware on the player rods:
Bushing, washer, appropriate player (refer to game table
player layout), washer, bushing.
Insert player rod to opposite side panel and slip-on the protective end cap.
Line up the players; hold and attach appropriate bolts and nuts.
Repeat for remaining rods.
