Custom Programs
Custom programs allow club personnel to program any workout profile desired for
the club’s users. Access for setting up the custom program is through the
Manager’s Menu, while the programs are accessed through the normal program
selection screen.

Grasp the fixed handrails for support and step onto the pedals. Begin pedalling
and wait for the display to illuminate. Select

Input your workout goal. Time is the default goal for Standard Mode; Distance
is the default goal for Track.

Enter the resistance Level using the Level up and down buttons or the numeric
keypad, then press
Enter
.

Once the program starts, the display for the standard mode shows graphs of
user speed and effort level (see photo below). The Track program display is a
depiction of a running track with the user’s progress shown as a light green line
and the number of laps completed shown in the center of the track.
