This parameter is used for provisioning analog service.

This parameter defines the type of cable used.

ChannelGoTo

 is used for provisioning analog service. This 

parameter indicates the signaling state(s) to where the channel unit 
should go under system failure conditions. It may be null if not 
used by a particular implementation.
