Download Device Firmware (dndf)
This command supports 3821Plus modems. The valid selections for the Type of download field are ddd remote
and ddd local.
NOTE
If the user is experiencing failure in the Broadcast Download process, turn
off channel polling and increase the timeout interval (2 seconds is
recommended) by performing the following steps:
1. Enter the Edit Alert Monitoring State
(edams) command.
2. On the
edams screen, select the channel where the 3821Plus modems
receiving download data are connected.
3. To the channel selected in Step 2, set the Alert Monitoring State field to
off and the Timeout Interval (Sec) field to 2.
4. Click on Go to execute the
edams command.
