Paradise Grills Island Ventilation
BBQ Griddle Islands and Island Bars manufactured by Paradise Grills are portable and must be adequately
vented as shown in Figure 4:
a.
Use the provided adjustable footers to ensure the island’s entire bottom edge, on all sides, is always
at least 1” above the ground
b.
Open gap spacing under the griddle head (and side burners, if installed)
c.
Open gap spacing around the refrigerator (if applicable).

The island’s entire bottom edge, on all sides, must always be maintained at
least 1” above the ground to allow for sufficient ventilation.
