Set Intervals for your job
If everything is working properly, you can now set up the machine to process your jobs.
Most people set the machine to fold a certain number, then pause so the operator can
take that set out and either put a rubber band around it (See picture on page 15) or
put it in another container, then continue after a set delay.
To do that you will need to decide how many folded pieces to accumulate in a set.
Then go to
SET A PAUSE AFTER A CERTAIN NUMBER OF FOLDS on page 11.
There you can set the machine to stop after every X folds, pause for the time you set,
and then continue until the paper runs out.
MAINTENANCE OF THE STACKER
Periodically clean the moving belts and wipe off the machine with a damp cloth. No
other maintenance is required.
