MAINTENANCE
DEMOLITION
L
Ordinary and extraordinary maintenance
must only be performed by specialist
personnel. If the paintwork is damaged
during maintenance, the customer must
restore it with the same type of paint (contact
Paoli for specifications). ATTENTION: the
thickness of the paint must not exceed
2mm.
L
At regular intervals, top up with the addition
of lubricant in order to keep the appliance
efficient and to prolong its life.
L
Use only original spare parts and only
authorised service organisations. Do not
perform maintenance operations with
improper tools. Use the annexed exploded
view drawing with spare parts list.
L
Indicate the parts most subject to wear, to
be disassembled and checked at regular
intervals, as well as any list of malfunctions
and corrective actions.
L
Do not damage the seals. Check the correct
positioning of the seals during reassembly
after the maintenance operations.
Separate the components according to the nature of the materials they are made of.
L
Periodically (every three weeks) operate the
impact wrench clockwise and anticlockwise
introducing into the air inlet special oil
for Paoli impact wrench motors (~5cc)
or very thin oil for pneumatic tools. (
see
figure Fig.5
). These operations must be
performed in a suitable environment set
up for the suction of nebulised particles.
Use appropriate personal protection
equipment.
L
Periodically (every four weeks) perform
the check on and maintenance of the
motor bearings, the transmission shaft
and greasing of the hammer mechanism.
Use appropriate personal protection
equipment.
L
Prepare a register in which to keep a note
of the maintenance events and the related
deadlines.
L
If the tool is left idle for long periods, it is
advisable to introduce oil into the air intake
and let it run for a few seconds before
putting it away. The internal parts will thus
remain lubricated.
