6. Are the batteries installed in the correct direction?
If the batteries are not installed in the correct orientation, Pantelligent will not function.
A marking within the battery compartment indicates which direction to load the batteries.
● The top battery will be plus(+) end in first, with the minus() side sticking out towards the
end of the handle.
● The bottom battery will be the opposite, with the minus() end in first, and the plus(+)
side sticking out towards the end of the handle.
The Pantelligent electronics have been designed such that reverse polarity will not cause any
damage to the Pantelligent electronics. (The system will simply remain off.)
If you’re not sure if
the batteries are in the correct direction, you can try putting them in the other way.
