MUSIC & TONES
The Music & Tones menu allows you to manage ringtones, music and sound files.
GET NEW RINGTONES
1. Slide the phone up, press the Key [ MENU ], then press 5. Media Center ,
1. Music & Tones
,
1. Get New Ringtones
.
2. If you have not downloaded any ringtones or ringtone applications previously,
press
1. Get New Applications
and follow the prompts.
MY RINGTONES
TO PLAY DOWNLOADED TUNES OR TONES:
1. Slide the phone up, press the Key [ MENU ], then press 5. Media Center ,
1. Music & Tones
,
2. My Ringtones
.
2. Select the tune or tone you want to play, then press the Key [ PLAY ].
3. To stop, press the Key [ STOP ].
TO ERASE DOWNLOADED TUNES OR TONES:
1. Slide the phone up, press the Key [
MENU
], then press
5. Media Center
,
1. Music & Tones
,
2. My Ringtones
.
2. Select the tune or tone to erase and press the Right Soft Key [ Options ].
3. Select Erase and press the Key.
4. Select Yes and press the Key.
The preloaded Ringtones cannot be erased.
TO ASSIGN DOWNLOADED TUNES OR TONES:
1. Slide the phone up, press the Key [ MENU ], then press 5. Media Center ,
1. Music & Tones
,
2. My Ringtones
.
2. Select the desired ringtone, then press the Left Soft Key [ Set As ].
3. Select one of the following options, then press the Key.
•
1. Ringtone
: Set as a ringtone. A confirmation message appears.
•
2. Contact ID
: The
SET AS CONTACT ID
screen appears. Select the Contact you want to
assign the ringtone to, then press the Key.
• 3. Alert Sounds : Press the corresponding number key to set the ringtone for one of
the following: All Messages / Text Messages / Multimedia Messages

MY MUSIC
My Music menu allows you to playback and manage music files stored in your phone’s
memory and on a memory card (sold separately).
1. Slide the phone up, press the Key [ MENU ], then press 5. Media Center ,
1. Music & Tones , 3. My Music .
2. Select one of the following options and press the Key.
•
All Songs
: Allows you to view or play all songs.
• Playlists : Allows you to create or view playlists. Once you have created playlists, you can
play songs by playlists.
•
Artists
: Allows you to view or play your songs by artists.
• Genres : Allows you to view or play your songs by genres.
• Albums : Allows you to view or play your songs by albums.
• Manage My Music : Allows you to manage your music files with following options:
1. Erase
/
2. Lock
/
3. Unlock
/
4. Move To Card
/
5. Move To Phone
• Music Settings : Allows you to set following player settings:
1. Repeat / 2. Shuffle / 3. Player Skin / 4. Music Only Mode
