BASIC FUNCTIONS
ANSWER OR POSTPONE A SECOND CALL
To put the first call on hold and answer the second call, press
O
or
press Answer . To switch between calls, press Swap .
To postpone answering the call, press Ignore . The call will continue
ringing until one of the following occurs:
You answer the call by pressing
O ; the call is placed in voice mail after
the requisite number of rings; the caller disconnects.
USING SPEAKER PHONE
You can use the Speakerphone mode during a call.

Press [Menu] and [Speaker Phone On] to
activate the Speakerphone mode.

The Speakerphone mode will be deactivated
when your call is ended.
INSERT A MANUAL PAUSE IN A DIALING SEQUENCE
In the Home screen, press the right function key > [Contacts].
Press the contact in whose phone number you want to insert a pause.
Select the phone number and press [Menu] [Edit].
Place the cursor where you want to insert the pause.
Press [Menu] [Insert Wait]. The letter w appears where the manual
pause will occur in the dialing sequence.
Press [Done].
To resume dialing after reaching a manual pause, press
O
.
