Hang Long Ballast trays on the pre-installed bolts by centering each long tray between two 
modules. Use the Spacer Stick to ensure the low side of the Supports are properly spaced. 
Thread a serrated-flange nut onto each of the pre-installed Support bolts and torque to 4 ft-lb
