IDENTIFICATION
Description
Function
1. Cutting Blades
Cutting blades cut Wyr-Grid Cable Trays
2. Cutting Head
Cutting head holds cutting blades.
3. Trigger
Actuator to start the cutting cycle
4. Lanyard Ring
(opposite side)
Clip lanyard onto lanyard ring.
5. LED Work Light (white)
This LED automatically turns on when the trigger is pulled.
6. Battery Cartridge
Rechargeable Li-Ion battery, 18 V
7. Battery Lock
Switch for unlocking the battery
8. LED Indicator (red)
Flashes current status of tool (see chart on Page 7)
9. Retract Button
Button to open the cutting blades in case of an error or emergency
WGCT-A and WGCT-A/E Tools
The tools include:

1 – Battery Operated Cutter Tool (with battery cartridge)

1 – Spare Battery Cartridge
•
1 – Battery Charger
•
1 – Tool Case
INSTALLING THE WGCT-HEAD ON HYDRAULIC POWER CHASSIS
1.
Remove the battery.
2.
Thread the WGCT-HEAD down completely onto the male thread of the hydraulic power
chassis.
3.
Apply Loctite® (included) to threads of head locking screw. Tighten the head locking screw.
The WGCT-HEAD should now be able to rotate by no more than 350°.
