7. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM
Poor image quality or missing channels :
• If you are connected via HDMI, check on your Classic/Comfort Box if you are using the recom
-
mended resolution (1080i50). Also check on screen that the HDMI video input (HDMI1, HDMI2,
etc) that your Classic/Comfort Box is connected to is selected.
• If you are connected via SCART, check that the cable is properly inserted and check on screen
that the SCART video input (AV, AUX1, AUX2, etc) that your Classic/Comfort Box is connected
to is selected.
No sound :
• Make sure that the volume on your television and on your Classic/Comfort Box is not muted.
• If you use an external amplifier, make sure that the selected source corresponds to your Clas
-
sic/Comfort Box.
Problems with your radiofrequency remote control :
• Make sure that the batteries in the remote control are working and that the remote control is
correctly paired with your Classic/Comfort Box.
• If you are using a new remote control, you need to pair it with your Classic/Comfort Box.
6.2. LED indicators on the Classic/Comfort Box
The LED on the front of your Classic/Comfort Box tells you the following :
• Flashing every second : turning on
• Rapid flashing : receiving an order from the remote control
• Lit up : working
• Dim light : standby
• Flashing very slowly : needs pairing with the remote control
• Off : hibernating.
6.3. Software updates
Your Classic/Comfort Box can be updated automatically.
You can either accept updates immediately or defer them for a later date. We recommend
that you accept all the updates immediately so you can benefit from the latest services.
