UPGRADE
Use the Upgrade feature if you are advised to upgrade your unit’s firmware.
1. Select
Upgrade
from the Application Quick Launch Bar. The browser will
launch and display the Download page on the Pandigital website.
2. Look for the
eReader Firmware
download link and follow the prompts to
download the file.
3. After download is complete, insert a SD card into a card reader connected to
your computer.
4. Connect your
p a n d i g i t a l

to your computer via USB cable.
5. Locate the
Download
folder in your
p a n d i g i t a l
n o v e l
and copy
the
[version#].dist
file onto the SD card.
6. Turn your
p a n d i g i t a l
n o v e l
off.
7. Insert the SD card
(with [version#].dist file)
into the
p a n d i g i t a l
n o v e l
.
8. Press the
key and slide the
power key
at the same time; hold for 5
seconds.
The
p a n d i g i t a l
n o v e l
will recognize the upgrade file on the SD card
as it boots up. Upgrade screens will be displayed as the device is upgraded.
When complete, the device will automatically restart.
Limited Warranty
The limited warranty set forth below is given by Pandigital with respect to Pandigital
brand electronics products purchased and used in the United States of America.
Pandigital warrants this product against defects in material or workmanship as
follows:
LABOR: For a period of one
