WARNING

Before wearing your hearing aid, make sure that the eartip fits into
place.

If the eartip is not firmly attached into the earphone with microphone, it may come off
and remain in the ear. When you replace the eartip, contact your dispenser for
assistance.

Improper use of plugs and socket outlets can result in a fire or
electric shock. Be aware of the following precautions:

Carefully insert the AC cord plug into the socket outlet until it is fully
inserted.

• Fire or electric shock due to overheating may result if it is not plugged in all the way.
• Do not use a damaged AC cord plug or socket outlet.

Clean the AC cord plug periodically.

• If dust accumulates on the AC cord plug or socket outlet, it may cause a fire. Unplug

and wipe clean with a dry cloth.

• Unplug the AC cord when it is not to be used for an extended period.
