The cause may be one of the following:

OFF: Normal (During operation, indicates that the voltage of the
lithium battery is normal.)

ON: Alarm (During operation, indicates that the lithium battery
needs to be replaced.)
Ready to shutdown (After shutdown, lights when it is safe to
turn off the power.)
