VIERA LCD displays are designed to provide a display

ECO MODE
When Eco Mode is activated, a photo sensor
measures the ambient light conditions in the room,
then the picture settings are automatically adjusted.
As a result, the TV uses less power in dim lighting
without any deterioration in image quality.
LEAD-FREE
Because Panasonic is committed to developing
eco-friendly products, all VIERA Plasma panels are
mercury- and lead-free. This reduces the impact on
the environment when recycling or disposing of them
in future.
ECO LINK
For 2009, VIERA Link has been further developed,
providing you even more functions, including energy-
saving Eco Link. All Panasonic devices that are
connected to the VIERA TV will be put into stand-by
mode when the TV is not in use. What’s more, when
playback begins on a device, any device that was
previously in use automatically switches from ON to
stand-by mode.
DLNA CERTIFIED
When you connect a PC to your VIERA TV via an
Ethernet cable, you can play back movies in the
MPEG-2, AVCHD and DivX formats, as well as view
pictures (JPEG) stored on your computer’s hard disk
drive thanks to compatibility with the DLNA standard
(Digital Living Network Alliance).
VIERA LINK
VIERA Link uses the control signals that
are transmitted through an HDMI cable for
automated functions. Just press the VIERA Link button
on the VIERA TV remote to control your Panasonic
AV system, including home cinema components,
HD camcorder and LUMIX digital camera.

VIERA IMAGE VIEWER: DIVX, AVCHD, AVCHD LITE
VIERA Image Viewer supports playback of AVCHD,
AVCHD lite, JPEG and DivX files. Simply insert an SD
Card into the SD slot of your VIERA TV to enjoy your
photos on the big screen. Note: VIERA Z1, V10 and
G15 Series models support DivX, AVCHD and JPEG;
G10, S10 and X15 Series models support AVCHD and
JPEG; X10 and C10 Series models support JPEG.
