other source (DVD, DVR, gaming device, etc.), press the
INPUT button and select the appropriate input (p. 14).
Note
●
If you turn off the TV by pulling out the power cord
before completing “First Time Setup”, “First Time
Setup” will launch again when you next turn on the
TV.
On the other hand, if you turn off the TV with the
POWER button on the TV or remote control, this
procedure will not launch again on your next power on.
●
You can repeat “First Time Setup” by selecting [Reset
to defaults] in the [Setup] menu (p. 20).
● After “First Time Setup”, you can change [Language]
from the [Setup] menu (p. 20) or retune the TV
using [Auto program] or [Manual program] (p. 21).

4 Power button

Switches TV On or Off (Standby).
● To completely turn off the TV, remove the power
plug from the wall socket.
5 Remote control signal receiver
●
Remote control sensor range is about 23 feet
(7 meters) in front of the TV set.
6 Power LED
●
On: Red
Off: No light
●
The TV consumes a small amount of electric
energy even when turned off.

Do not place any objects between the TV remote
control signal receiver and remote control.
