Emergency stop of UV irradiation - 1:
EMERGENCY signal

Equipment

design

Use the [EMER] signal to stop the UV irradiation of UJ20.
Terminals [11] and [12] are shorted by a shorting bar as a factory default.
Connect an emergency stop SW between these terminals so that the signal input can be
turned off when the SW is pressed, and a forced stop of UV irradiation will be possible even
in the middle of the process.
1: While the [EMER] signal input is off, the [READY] signal is off,

and UV irradiation is not possible.

2: If the [EMER] input is turned off during UV irradiation,

it will stop, and the [ERROR] signal will be output.

Connect an emergency
stop SW between
[EMER]=[11] and
[COM]=[12] by B-contact.
