Your disk content may be corrupted.
Is the disk write-protected?
Select [Format] in [My Computer] - [3 1/2 Floppy (A:)] - [File]. After confirming the
disk volume and format type, start formatting.
Your drive or file may not have been properly set.
Check to see if the hard disk is full. If it is full, delete unnecessary files.
Your hard disk content may be corrupted. Contact Panasonic Technical Support.
Try testing another drive or media.
Disk Operations
Do not switch displays repeatedly, for example by setting the [MS-DOS Prompt]*
screen to “Full Screen” or using the Fn + F3 combination, while MPEG files
are playing.

Press Ctrl + Alt + Del and then select [Shut Down].
After shutting down by rotating the power switch for more than four seconds, rotate
the power switch to power on and open the application again.
If the program no longer works normally, go to [Start] - [Settings] - [Control Panel]
- [Add/Remove Programs] to delete the program. Then, reinstall the program.
