To replace the plasma panel (finished), place the unit on
the servicing stand, remove the front frame (finished), and
attach the panel, being careful not to scratch the plasma
panel surface.
1. Remove the rear cover.
2. Remove the P module.
a. Remove the couplers (P2, P5, P9, P11, P12, P23, P25,
P27) connected to the P module.
b. Remove the P module fastening screws (×5) and
remove the P module.
3. Remove the PA module.
a. Remove the couplers (PA2, PA3, PA4, PA6, PA8, PA9,
PA10, PA12) connected to the PA module.
b. Remove the PA module fastening screws (×6) and
remove the PA module.
4. Remove the D module.
a. Remove the coupler (D3) connected to the D module.
b. Remove the flexible cables (D31, D32) connected to the
D module.
c. Remove the D module fastening screws (×4) and
remove the D module.
5. Remove the signal processing unit.
a. Remove the coupler (DG12) connected to the signal
processing unit.
b. Remove the flexible cable (DG7) connected to the
signal processing unit.
c. Remove the signal processing unit fastening screws
(×5), and remove the signal processing unit.
6. Remove the power supply unit.
a. Remove the PF module fastening screws (×4), and
remove the power supply unit.
7. Remove the SU module.
a. Remove the SU module fastening screws (×2).
b. Move the SU module to the left and disconnect from the
couplers (SC41, SC42) on the SC module.
