Place your volt-meter on
pin 10 of connector A6.

on the A board. Plug in the TV and
press the power switch on the TV
(Not the remote control).

The P board.
(Check the AC Cord)
Make sure the connectors on the P board are properly seated. Unplug the TV
and disconnect connector A6 on the A board. Measure the resistance
between chassis ground and pin 10(STB5V) and pin 5(F15V) of connector A6
on the A board. (See the picture below for connectors’ location.)
